Xicato Expands Family of Smart Drivers with Wireless Control and the Best 0.1% Flicker-Free Dimming in the Industry — LED professional


“The importance of 0.1% dimming in architectural projects is critical. Having a full range of flicker free solutions provides users a variable environment without concern. Drivers with less dimming range simply do not provide the function the space requires” said David Ghatan, President IALD, CLD, MIES. “The difference between 1% and 0.1% is huge. It is in that range that you can find the magic of the design.”

The Xicato DC drivers feature extremely compact form factors with options at 46mm round and rectangular models as slim as 13mm wide by 90mm long. These models enable the slimmest linear fixtures, the most inconspicuous cove lighting, the tiniest troffers, and the most compact tracks and spots, all without sacrificing power or performance. PCBA models can be hidden in existing and emerging micro-format track adapters, such as standard Stucchi® track adapters, in order to minimize visual impact.

All the new drivers are part of Xicato Onboard, a series of embeddable products by which any 3rd party luminaire or device can be upgraded to be wirelessly controlled and monitored via Bluetooth mesh and operate seamlessly with Xicato’s award winning Controls Platform.
