What color blue or UV led will give me the best "Cats Eye" effect where you see a reddish light beside, or around the dark blue source light.

This e-bay page has UV leds ranging from 425-370NM.
I have some 425NM now and it gives the effect, but I was wondering what color gives the best effect?

I believe they used to do this to car tail lights back in the day.
