Aiming to solve the challenge of the mass transfer process, TOPCO provides PDMS which can be customized to different sizes, is high-temperature resistant, and gum residue free. The material offers a solution for transferring a large amount of small size LEDs. In addition, the company is the exclusive agency of Shin Etsu quartz substrate. This material remains stable even under high temperature processing environments, making it suitable to be used as substrates for transferring Micro/Mini LEDs.
As the technology of display and touch screen improves, different applications have adopted these technologies and the production processes have therefore become more challenging. Following the trend of technology development, TOPCO continuously offers products for enhancing manufacturing process and provides customized solutions for its clients.
