On December 25, 2020, Skyworth LCD has officially mentioned that its MiniLED products were ready to be mass-produced. Now, it is supplying the products to international TV manufacturers.
According to Skyworth, the MiniLED products use an advanced COB solution. With flip chip technology, uniform light mixing can be achieved. Due to the small chip structure, the local dimming zones can be finely made, and high HDR and contrast ratio can be reached. Besides, the optical distance can be reduced, and the thickness of the entire product can be decreased in order to achieve ultra-thin.
According to Skyworth LCD, with the mass production of its MiniLED products, it will keep improving the yield rate and production efficiency. Meanwhile, it will focus on customer demand and expand its new MiniLED production lines for the growth of market share on the customer side.
