Questions about 50w LED COB : led

I dont know much about LEDs, but I’m trying to rig 2 up to use underwater that I’ll run off of my boat’s battery. I already have the voltage booster and set it to 32 volts and the light is working. The 2 questions I have is can I run 2 LED COBs off the same booster, and how big of a heatsink will I need?

My plan is to have the LED mounted to the heatsink, and then pour a clear epoxy over it making it waterproof so that I can submerge the heatsink in the water. Anyone have any ideas?
