Need a bit of help with a button project problem : led

So i’ve been modifying my guitar hero guitar to see how much I can get out of it. I replaced the old rubber dome buttons with mechanical keyboard switches. I got that working really well but now I want to try to add LEDs to the 5 neck buttons on the guitar for fun, The neck buttons don’t provide power to the LEDs and so wanted to use a 9v battery for the LED power, but I can’t seem to figure out how to get them to light when I push the button.

How exactly would I be able to get this done?

Some examples of what i’ve done with the switches https://superryan14.s-ul.eu/GX1IDuR1 https://superryan14.s-ul.eu/cIAE9tGL
