Dimming driver for 70w Cob LED : led

I’ve searched the sub for anything that answers this, but couldn’t find anything, however if I’ve missed a post, feel free to link me to it.

I recently purchased 2 of THESE cheap and cheerful Chinese COB LED panel.

They are to be used as a background light source for photography. I need to be able to Dim the panel, however I cant seem to figure out what sort of power supply i’ll need.

Can anyone suggest a driver for these panels that will allow me to dim down, whilst still being able to drive the panel at max output (70w 5.8A@12v) when needed.

is somthing like this suitable for COB panels?

Much appreciated.
