Are these APA102 LEDs or something else? : led


I bought a 16ft LED strip off ebay that was advertised as Mokungit APA102-C 5V 60LED. Taking a closer look, there are only 3 connections: 5V, DO and GND. I thought the APA102(c) type was addressable with 4 connections, the 4th being for the clock. Am I wrong or did I get duped?
