Initial Consultation- The initial step in identifying where we believe we would reduce your energy consumption, while understanding your primary concerns if we were to move forward. Complete Facility Assessment- Once you determine LED lighting conversion is the right choice for your business, our first step is an on-site full facility audit performed by our expert lighting specialists. This audit consists of a comprehensive inventory of your existing lighting system. We meticulously record and document every fixture type, operating time, lamp wattage, and quantity of lights in your facility. With the help of your maintenance or facility manager we then collect maintenance invoices and at least 12 months of utility bills. The goal of our assessment is to gather accurate data in a non-intrusive manner so that we can establish a solid baseline and understanding of your current lighting costs.

Developing an Energy Efficient Lighting Plan from the information we gathered from the Facility Audit. The next step is determining the appropriate energy efficient lighting technologies available that offer the best possible savings while maintaining your key differentiators. Depending on the size of your facility and the variety of existing lamps and fixtures this step is typically the most involved and can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the level of detail requested. In cases where energy monitoring and baseline usage data is gathered the evaluation can take several months.


Present our plan to you and your management team along with our analysis and any significant findings from our facility audit. This way, you can make a knowledgeable and informed decision to move forward. We take the time to fully explain all of your options and provide every detail to any possible alternatives, so that you would know whether the plan is a fiscally wise decision.

Installation of agreed upon conversion. Our team will be there to manage and coordinate the entire process. From the procurement of the LED lights and controls, to the proper disposal and recycling of existing lamps, our team handles all the details, even with the submission of all rebates. You will find this entire process to be non-invasive and seamless from start to finish.
