LED in parallel running on a LIPO 3.7v Battery : led

Hello all,

First off, I am a newb that knows enough to be dangerous.

I plan on powering 10 5mm LED in parallel (I know how to do this). I plan on powering this using a LIPO 3.7v battery because of size constraints (2 AA unfortunately will NOT work for this application). The Lipo battery has a nominal operating voltage of 3.7, but when it is fully charged it will be at 4.2v. My question is, how do I calculate the resistor value that I will need since the voltage will start at 4.2 and settle to around 3.7v?

I would appreciate any help.

Thank you
