In 2018, Ms. Sielemann started at GROHE Ltd. as General Manager UK with the goal of exceeding market performance in terms of market share, sales and profit. GROHE is the world’s leading brand for kitchen faucets and complete bathroom solutions. With the move to GROHE Headquarters Germany, she was responsible for the project business in Central Europe with a focus on transformation of this segment and the development of growth strategies.
Prior to that, Ina had 15 years of experience at SCHÜCO, a service and technology leader for system solutions in aluminum, steel and plastic for windows, doors and façades. Here, too, she was responsible for stabilizing the customer base, increasing customer satisfaction and thus significantly boosting sales.
Lighting industry is not unfamiliar territory for Ms. Sielemann as the business is essentially about pursuing the same universal values such as technology, quality, design and sustainability with future growth. LED Linear has established and clearly positioned itself in the lighting industry as the brand for linear light. Over the past 15 years, the company has set milestones in the lighting industry through continued innovation and Ina Sielemann can now build on this foundation. Her extensive experience in sales and marketing will play a crucial role in further expanding the strong brand portfolio and business development.
Ina is looking forward to the international task as an intercultural networker with a focus on the successful implementation of the defined strategy. Her strategy is based on these pillars: Deeper understanding and structuring of markets through market intelligence, driving growth with existing products and partners as well as deriving new growth opportunities with them and finally introducing new value-added products to the market according to a structured plan.
Being part of the Fagerhult Group offers great advantages in this respect and makes it easier to use global competence partners and to enable the highly competitive project business to be even more strategic in terms of cross-selling.
“With her experience from companies serving the specifier community as well as her international assignments, I am convinced that Ina will be a great addition to LED Linear. She has a strong customer-centric focus and a proven track record of developing teams and leading strategic initiatives.”
–Bodil Sonesson, CEO of the Fagerhult Group
