120 VAC LED lights great for LED landscape lighting and commercial LED lighting applications October 7, 2015 We are adding more and more 120VAC LED lights with UL listing for your commercial LED lighting and residential LED landscape lighting projects. Just added the Mattone Mini LED step lights. They fit into a single gang box and produce 60 lumens of light output – just enough to light a pathway or a hallway and in just the right configuration you need for your specific lighting project. UL listed of course, with an outdoor/wet location IP65 rating, use them indoors or outdoors with confidence. And what’s more, these mini LED step lights will accept input voltages from 100 – 277VAC 50/60Hz. That’s a real plus for commercial users. No worries about your voltage requirements. The installation starts with the LED light engine, the brains of the system. Add to that the trim plate and face plate of your choice and your LED step lights are completed in minutes. Let’s take a look at some of the options. The standard LED step light line offers: Louvred mounting face plates in a vertical or horizontal configuration. The louvres soften the light, making it glare free. Shroud mounting face plates in a vertical or horizontal configuration. These may be of interest to contractors having ADA concerns. The light is shielded and focused downwards. Lensed mounting face plates provide an anti-glare lens to soften the light while exposing most of it to view. The architectural grade LED step light line offers a louvred face plate as above, and also what is called the ‘wave’ for an updated, contemporary look. If you are a lighting designer or architect, you’ll be pleased to know that we have photometric and IES files available. No guesswork involved. Photometric data includes polar candela distribution and illuminance at distance. As to energy savings, the mini LED step light engine consumes only 0.0125 Amps at 120VAC and 0.005 Amps at 277VAC.
