Cheesecloth. Plain, simple, cheesecloth has the properties you might want to consider for your Halloween decorating indoors or outdoors. We found these creative ideas at HGTV, but if you surf around, it’s likely you’ll find so much more to do with this easy to manipulate sheer fabric. From left to right: Create an eerie cobweb effect; create a film, eerie ghost; Welcome your dinner guests to a spooky supper complete with all the ‘trappings’. Bwaaaahhhhahhha :-).
So what about lighting? Wouldn’t some of these ideas look absolutely stunning lit from below or from inside with coloured LED light bulbs? Orange LED light bulbs you say?
Yep. A19 shaped orange LED light bulbs to fit in a medium base (traditional household socket) fixture. Temporarily replace your porch light or Halloween lanterns with these cool, orange LED bulbs. Other colour choices are yellow, red, blue and green. And for those who want an even more dramatic colour splash, have a closer look at our LED floodlight holders. They are dual mount which means you can attach the floodlight holder to a wall, or you can use a ground stake. The head rotates a full 180 degrees, so you can point the light exactly where you want it. And, it comes with 6 feet 18/2 green SJTW wire with a moulded plug safe for use outdoors. When Halloween is over, roll it up and put it with your Christmas decorations. This is an amazingly easy and inexpensive way to decorate the exterior of your home for any holiday or special event. Choose red, green, blue or yellow outdoor coloured PAR38 lamps. Generally speaking, PAR38 bulbs are directional. These particular LED PAR38’s have a 38-degree beam angle which makes it a medium flood. These are best for shining against a surface such as a wall or a scene you’ve created in your front yard. Also resistant to weather, they are safe to use outdoors, even on a ghostly, rainy evening. An A19 LED bulb produces light much like the light you would use in a table lamp. Better suited to light the inside of an object, perhaps like a carved pumpkin. or to add a splash of colour temporarily to a front porch light. These are not to be left outdoors year round or exposed to direct moisture. What are you creating this year? Not sure how to light it or power it? That’s where our technical sales force comes into play. Send us an email to [email protected] describing your project and we’ll have someone get in touch with you to offer some guidance and perhaps even expand upon your creative plans. Many of our products can be battery operated, and RGB colour changing products such as RGB flexible LED strips and even RGB colour changing wall washers can be used indoors or outdoors. Your imagination is your only limitation when it comes to LED lighting.
